If Anxiety is Keeping You Awake, You Need This

It's no secret that today's socio-political environment is causing havoc on our lives. Many of us are feeling stressed, anxious, and exhausted. Coupled with the seemingly constant flood of bad news, sleepless nights have become way more common for way too many of us.

If you, like many of us, have been finding it difficult to fall asleep at night, there's something I want you to try.

You'll need a diffuser and two of my favorite essential oils: clary sage and lavender.

Clary sage, comes from a medicinal plant that has many holistic uses. The essential oil also has major benefits--two of the most important for our uses are as a stress-reliever and as an anti-depressant.

Lavender, like clary sage, has also been known to relax people and has been used as a sedative in some cases.

To promote better rest at night, a drop or two of each oil in a diffuser can help. In addition to the aromatherapy, it is also important that you refrain from using technology at least an hour before you go to bed.
